Vocalist / Percussionist / Dancer / Music Educator/ Sound Practitioner

Growing up in both Southern California and the Bay Area, Caro is a bit of a musical quilt and a musical reflection of the diverse multi-culturalism of the state in which she grew up. She has performed in a wide variety of venues as a vocalist and percussionist. With over 27 years as a professional musician she has toured domestically and internationally, recorded, played in music festivals, street fairs, played for ceremonies, in theaters productions, cathedrals, clubs and charity events.

She is currently singing, recording and playing percussion with Spanish Broom, an Albuquerque-based flamenco collective. In addition, Caro is an independent contractor and is producing music in collaboration with other musicians, dancers, photographers, stage productions and film to support projects with musical arrangements, compositions, music production using live and digital music/sounds, and soundscape production.
